Call Me is very passionate about Matcha and all of its remarkable qualities. It is one of our drink’s key ingredients and as daily consumers we have had the opportunity to play with different recipes that we can’t wait to share with our community!
A unique twist & unexpected pairing: Matcha & Mint- It may seem odd, but trust us, the combination is a delightful surprise that's worth experiencing firsthand!
Recipe for single serving:
- Steam 4-6oz of oat milk (or preferred milk) and set aside
- Boil water for your matcha and mint tea
- Steep your tea bag in 2oz of boiled water and allow it to infuse (see recommended time on package instructions)
- Sift your matcha to prevent clumps
- Pour 2 oz. Of hot water over it slowly and whisk until frothy
- Combine it with the mint tea in your cup (This is the perfect moment to add any desired sweetener)
- Finish by gently pouring over 4-6oz of steamed oat milk
- For an added touch of indulgence, sprinkle raw sugar or your favorite ground spice on top
